Our Story

Hi, I’m Kayla—baker, watercolor artist, and the heart behind Tiki Cove. I previously owned and operated a successful cookie‑cake, baked goods, and cupcake/candy‑bouquet business. These days I’m all about keeping it small‑batch and extra thoughtful: sourcing the freshest, highest‑quality ingredients I can find and letting classic flavors shine.

 

If you pick up an order, you might notice my garden towers growing on the front porch—that’s where I snip herbs like the basil in our Tomato‑Basil Sourdough Loaf. I’m an artist at heart, so I love to get creative with flavor and presentation, and I’m happiest when I’m creating one‑of‑a‑kind, memorable experiences for people—whether that’s a gift box or art to hang at home.

We also design - watercolor prints, cards, and postcards to pair with gifts and care packages.

Ingredient Philosophy

We favor simple, recognizable ingredients—unbleached 00 Italian flours, pasture‑raised eggs, grass‑fed butter, cold‑pressed avocado oil, pure sugars, and mineral salt. Fresh herbs come from our porch grow towers whenever possible. Flavor comes from good ingredients and time.
